Role Overview As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end business applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and in particular Dynamics CRM, Power Apps and Power Pages.
You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customise applications using Dynamics, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI & Power Pages
• Build and optimise Power Automate flows for business process automation and integrations.
• Implement and support Dataverse and/or integrate with other data sources (SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, etc.).
• Collaborate on solution design including data modelling, architecture, security, and governance.
• Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering, and user training.
• Work across multiple client projects, often with unique industry-specific needs and compliance standards.
• Follow best practices in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform testing, and maintain high solution quality and user satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to assigned clients as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing within the Microsoft Power Platform and wider eco-system
• Proven experience with Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse – candidates who can demonstrate experience in Power Pages will be desired.
• Experience working across multiple client verticals, with ability to adapt solutions to diverse industries.
• Familiarity with Power Platform solution lifecycle, including export/import, pipelines, environment strategies, and release management.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer, Sales, Service) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Azure services, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Comfortable with agile delivery methods, client-facing communication, and technical documentation.
Desirable Qualifications
• Microsoft certifications such as: o PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer o PL-100 / PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
