This remote role involves extensive travel throughout Munster and occasional visits to other parts of Ireland, delivering in-person training, ongoing support, and customer service to our network of pharmacies.In this customer-facing position, you will ensure pharmacy staff become confident and productive users of Navi Group's IT platforms. You'll deliver practical training sessions—on-site and occasionally online—catering to staff at all levels. Your goal is to make each session engaging and impactful, ensuring rapid adoption and satisfaction with our systems.We are searching for candidates with a background in pharmacy retail, ideally with hands-on experience using dispensary, ordering, or EPOS systems. You should be comfortable providing demonstrations, answering product queries, and supporting varied customer needs.
