Leadership Role in Retail HR
This is a leadership opportunity to manage and drive Retail HR Operations. The successful candidate will oversee the development of HR strategies, leading store managers and HR teams.
About the Job:
* Design and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
* Provide expert guidance to store managers and HR teams on people management and operational excellence.
* Develop and execute recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, implementing best practices in HR policies and procedures.
* Manage employee relations, offering expert advice to resolve conflicts and foster a positive working environment.
* Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career progression.
* Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
* Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
* Support organisational change and manage communication during transitions or new initiatives.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the retail sector.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
* Proven ability to manage multiple locations and a large, diverse workforce.
* A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
* Experience with HR systems and proficiency in analysing data to inform decisions.
