Job Title: Director, Inventory Management
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director to lead our Inventory Management team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in forecasting and supply chain management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a clear demand planning strategy, managing a high-performing team, and partnering with business leaders to drive demand forecasting process effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying a new demand forecasting and supplier collaboration system, requires a deep knowledge of S&OP process, forecasting systems, inventory planning, and matching demand with supply.
They will also develop aligned plans for product including life cycle, seasonality, new and lost businesses volume, and new product launches.
Additionally, they will engage business leaders in resolving strategic demand issues through in-depth analysis and marketplace assessment to understand the risk/benefit tradeoffs between various approaches and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in forecasting and supply chain management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
* Extensive experience leading people and managing teams.
* Experience with demand planning software.
* Knowledge of S&OP process, forecasting systems, inventory planning, and matching demand with supply.
