Purchasing & Planning Director
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing & Planning Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and procurement functions.
* Develop and implement effective production planning, raw materials planning/ordering, and warehouse operations strategies to meet customer delivery targets.
* Manage financial performance, production output, and customer service levels while ensuring inventory control and timely delivery of raw materials.
* Lead and develop the Planning and Supply Chain teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Closely collaborate with Production and Quality departments to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
* Support target setting, forecasting, capacity planning, and budget development.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and conceptual skills, with expertise in MS Nav and Oracle supply chain tools. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization and with suppliers, customers, and external partners.
