The role of a Senior Speech and Language Therapist The person appointed to this post will work as part of multi-disciplinary teams delivering a coordinated approach to adults supported by the services. The professional reporting relationship for clinical governance and clinical supervision will be to the Speech & Language Therapy Manager through the professional line management structure. This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills in the expanding clinical area of adults with intellectual disability. Each candidate for the appointment must a. Be registered or be eligible for registration, as a Speech & Language Therapist with CORU AND provide proof of registration before commencement. b. Have 3 years' full time (or an aggregate of 3 years full time) post qualification clinical experience. c. Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
