Overview
This is an Executive Assistant role in Dublin, on a permanent basis with hybrid working. The firm currently operates a 60/40 office-to-remote split, and the successful candidate should be comfortable being office-based 4–5 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Extensive diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones
* Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
* Organising complex international travel and managing expenses
* Preparing high-quality documentation and reports to tight deadlines
* Maintaining internal systems and databases with accuracy and attention to detail
* Leading and supporting project management activities to ensure timely delivery, coordinating across teams and resources
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
* Experience in executive search, private equity, consultancy, or another client-facing professional services environment is preferred
* Professional, confident, deadline-driven, and delivery-focused, with strong emotional intelligence and judgment
* Proactive, positive and flexible in approach
* Strong team player with excellent client-facing skills and attention to detail
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Adaptable and quick to learn internal systems and processes
