Levy is recruiting a Commis Chef to join the culinary team at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS), supporting the delivery of high-quality food across conferences, exhibitions, live events, and premium hospitality.

The Role
Commis Chef RDS - Dublin €*****ph
Supporting the kitchen brigade with food preparation and service
Assisting across multiple kitchen sections as required
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met at all times
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams during live events
About You
Passionate about food and hospitality
Previous experience in a kitchen environment or relevant culinary qualification
Willingness to learn and develop within a professional kitchen
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Strong teamwork and communication skills
