This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the planning and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use development projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the project lifecycle from early-stage feasibility through to completion and handover. Key Responsibilities Provide support in developing, reviewing, and maintaining detailedmaster construction programmesacross a range of projects, ensuring alignment with gateway processes and project milestones. Assist in the preparation and management ofaccurate and data-driven construction schedules, with a focus on efficiency, sequencing, and delivery timelines. Contribute to the development ofphasing plans, logistics strategies, and handover schedules to support construction sequencing and client delivery targets. Assist in the implementation and maintenance ofproject controls procedures, ensuring that best practices in planning, monitoring, and reporting are consistently applied. Track and report onprogramme progress, flagging potential delays and working with project teams to develop and implement recovery strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop planning solutions fornon-live sites, supporting the programme from early concept through to practical completion. Support the development and continuous improvement of aMaster Programme Dashboard, ensuring it accurately reflects current status and provides visibility of upcoming risks or constraints. Work closely with key departments such asDesign, Project Management Office (PMO), Commercial, andConstructionto ensure coordinated delivery and planning alignment. Participate as a proactive member of theproject team, fostering a collaborative and solutions-driven environment. Ideal Candidate Profile Degree-qualified (Level 8 or equivalent) inEngineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the construction sector; residential construction experience is a distinct advantage. Familiarity withproject planning and scheduling software(e.g., Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, MS Project) is advantageous but not essentialtraining can be provided. Strong understanding ofconstruction methodologies, project phasing, and site logistics. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A high level ofattention to detail, with strong analytical and organisational skills. A proactive and self-motivated individual, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strongdecision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a practical and solutions-focused approach. Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport, with flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
