Job Summary:
Your new role as a financial steward involves overseeing the budget management process, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely resource allocation, spending, and control.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage financial accounts.
* Develop and execute budgets.
* Monitor and review spend versus budget for projects.
* Liaise closely with senior leadership to review budget performance, oversee financial authorisation and controls on expenditure.
* Provide expert advice on financial matters and highlight finance-related issues to the executive team.
Requirements:
You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, Chartered, CPA, CIMA) with a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Ideally, you will have experience working in complex organisational structures.
