We are seeking a seasoned Talent Partner to lead our global talent acquisition strategy and deliver a world-class experience across the business. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for owning the full employee lifecycle, from employer branding to succession planning.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, with expertise in building strong relationships with hiring managers and defining best-practice hiring processes. You will also be responsible for evaluating and managing relationships with recruitment agencies and sourcing tools.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading full-cycle recruitment for all regions, from role scoping to offer management.
* Building strong relationships with hiring managers and acting as a trusted advisor on talent needs.
* Defining and maintaining best-practice hiring and interviewing processes, templates, and guides.
* Evaluating and managing relationships with recruitment agencies and sourcing tools.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years' experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years' experience in-house with end-to-end recruitment.
* Experience working in a global organization.
* Proven ability to develop early careers programs (internships, graduate intake, etc.).
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
