Key responsibilities include overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service across all departments.
The role involves working closely with the Operations Director on strategic planning, leading and motivating departmental managers and staff, supporting training and development, driving sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards.
Delivering exceptional guest experience at all times is a key focus area of this position.
A minimum of 2–3 years' experience as an Operations Manager in a busy hotel environment is required. Strong knowledge of food & beverage, sales/events, and hotel systems is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in people management and achieving operational targets, excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
This is a full-time position covering 5 days out of 7 including weekends and public holidays. The location for this role is Kerry, Ireland.
