The business works with a diverse and prestigious client base, including private home sellers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs), banks, receivers, accountants, and solicitors, providing tailored solutions across residential and commercial property.
The Role:
Our clients are seeking a motivated and versatile Property Professional to join their growing team. This is a broad role that spans residential and commercial property management, residential sales and lettings, and offers exposure to commercial asset management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a property portfolio, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient
day-to-day operations.
• Oversee tenancy management including lettings, renewals, inspections, and
maintenance coordination.
• Handle residential sales and lettings from appraisal through to completion, providing
professional guidance to clients throughout the process.
• Assist with sale of new home developments.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and clients to ensure high service standards.
• Support the management of commercial assets, including lease administration, rent
reviews, service charge budgets and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with PSRA and legal
requirements.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, property listings, and client development.
Key Requirements:
• Eligible for a PSRA Category C & D Licence (essential).
• Previous experience in property management, lettings, or sales (commercial or
residential).
• Strong knowledge of Irish property legislation, tenancy law, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in property management and CRM systems, with solid IT skills.
• Full, clean driver's licence and own transport.
