The Role: We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Qualified Accountant with 1 to 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join the team in Tipperary. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead a team, manage a client portfolio, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate financial accounts and provide professional services to our clients on an annual and ad-hoc basis. Ensure assignments are recorded and billed accurately, on budget, and to the highest standard. Manage reconciliations and accounts file preparation with a keen eye for detail. Support clients and their finance functions with sound business, financial, and accounting advice. Collaborate closely with our experienced management team on compliance and strategic projects. Requirements: Qualified financial accountant with experience in a professional services firm. Solid grounding in accounting, audit, and taxation. Eager to develop beyond compliance work and gain insights into business strategy. Proactive, resilient, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
