Our Client is a leading HVAC supplier throughout the UK and Ireland with a core focus on Heat Pumps and UFH in both the Commercial & Residential sectors. They would now like to identify a new Sales Director to join them in the next stage of the growth & development plans. Operating from their Dublin base, you will lead the Irish sales efforts, consisting of an external sales team, back office support function and marketing. The headline responsibilities are as follows:1. Commercial/Industrial SalesOversee B2B sales activities targeting consultants, M&E contractors, developers, and institutional clients.Support solution-based selling for complex or large-scale heating and ventilation systems.Ensure technical and commercial proposals are tailored to the specific needs of industrial and commercial clients.Build strategic partnerships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.2. Residential SalesOversee the sales strategy for individual homeowners, self-builders, and residential developers.Ensure a customer-centric sales process, with strong emphasis on guidance, design support, and after-sales care.Optimize lead conversion from online, retail, and installer networks.Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, education, and retention in the residential space.Essentially, the successful candidate will already be operating in either the Commercial or Residential HVAC sector and have experience in leading, developing and coaching an external sales team.There is an executive level package on offer with this role including an extremely lucrative bonus scheme
