Electro-Mechanical Systems Specialist
The Senior Sustaining Engineer plays a pivotal role in the maintenance and sustainment of our product portfolio. Reporting to [Manager], you will lead product sustaining engineering efforts, provide key voice-of-manufacturing and voice-of-customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform root cause analyses, resolve issues, implement product and manufacturing process changes
• Investigate and resolve corrective and preventative actions using appropriate problem-solving techniques (DMAIC, FMEA, Ishikawa)
• Track product issues, drive effective resolution
Main Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in mechanical or similar field
