OverviewReporting to the Hygiene Manager the Hygiene Operator will complete nightly cleans on production lines in a time frame in all production areas.Working nights and including Sunday as working week.ResponsibilitiesAdherence to proceduresGMP Daily hygiene and housekeeping,Cleaning instruction cards ensure cleaning instruction cards are met and 100% adhered to during clean downs.Following chemical training completed.Following sequence of cleaning training completed.BRC and 5s standards to be upheld every day:HR MetricsKey HR Metrics need to be maintained at all times in the business:Ensure to have good timekeeping and absence levels.Has a minimum of 11 hours rest between their shifts.Knowledge and application of company handbook, policies, and procedures.Work towards achieving all key company goals and objectives by obtaining daily metrics:Daily GMP ScoresTraining/FlexibilityHealth & SafetyAudit ready every day.KnowledgeWill have experience in a Food manufacturing environment / Hygiene TeamKnowledge of the procedures used in a Food manufacturing environment.ExperienceShould have experience in an Food manufacturing environmentSkillsThe ideal candidate will be driven and ambitious.Work towards the companys key goals and objectives by meeting all daily metrics.Good Interpersonal Skills (ability to work with people effectively)Team Player, works well with colleagues to do what is best for the Company as a whole.
