Job Role Summary:
The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of services in compliance with company policies, resource allocation, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage service delivery to the highest standards within available resources.
* Provide leadership to staff in delivering services consistent with a person-centred care model.
* Support operational managers in the delivery and governance of service provision, ensuring safety and quality.
* Create a team that supports and takes responsibility for all aspects of service delivery.
* Evaluate and adapt the role as services are further developed and established.
