Senior E-Learning Project Manager – Remote work considered
We are seeking an experienced Senior E-Learning Project Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in the development of innovative and interactive content. This role can be remote within Ireland and offers the opportunity to collaborate with graphic design, multimedia, instructional design, testing, and editorial teams, as well as external suppliers and subject matter experts, to deliver high-quality solutions for global clients. Key Responsibilities
Define and contribute to project vision, objectives, activities, and deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, assessing risks, and preparing responses to project proposals.
Manage multiple complex projects concurrently, ensuring meticulous documentation and progress updates.
Apply advanced project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
Oversee project finances, providing clear updates to clients and optimizing project profitability.
Proactively identify and manage risks, adapting strategies to navigate project changes effectively.
Collaborate with management, contributing insights for business development and fostering strong client relationships.
Experience
Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multi‑disciplinary, remote, and multi‑location teams.
Minimum of 5 years'project management experience, in e‑learning, knowledge management, or related industries.
Demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver high‑quality and innovative e‑learning solutions.
Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and project profitability.
Familiarity with best practices and project management methodologies suited to varying project scopes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
