Site Facilities Engineer
We are seeking a hands‑on Facilities Site Engineer to manage and maintain building systems across our Irish sites. The role combines operational maintenance, technical project management, and compliance oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations.
Main Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS systems.
Lead facility improvement projects, upgrades, and installations.
Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors.
Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, health & safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3–5 years’ experience in building services or facilities management.
Hands‑on knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and technical drawings.
Familiarity with Irish building regulations, safety legislation, and CMMS/BMS systems.
Professional registration with Engineers Ireland preferred.
