What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the
full sales cycle

Who You Are
* 2+ years' experience in insurance sales
, such as an insurance broker, insurance agent, or similar consultative sales role
* Comfortable with
outbound prospecting and cold calling
, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
* Motivated by
commission, financial success, and clear career progression
* Thrive in a
fast-paced, target-driven, high-performance environment
* Strong communicator with proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Bachelor's degree or third-level education is a plus
* EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required
* Ability to commute to
