Job Title: APC Services TechnicianReports to: APC Manager. Job Type: Field Based. This role includes APC dust control service inspection, upgrade work, new installation, and commissioning.Role ResponsibilitiesInstall, start up, and commission air pollution control systems (e.g., baghouses, scrubbers, cyclones, filters).Calibrate monitoring instruments and control systems to meet environmental compliance.Provide technical training and operational support to customers.Travel to client sites across Ireland.Prepare detailed service reports and document work performed.Collaborate with design and project engineering teams to improve system reliability.Complete accurate job reports on site with all findings and recommendations on phone/tablet.Problem solve to ensure timely repair solutions.Maintain self‑management, accuracy, elimination of rework, and contractual awareness.Represent and promote the company through exemplary customer relations.Additional activities to meet contracted requirements or provide customer service and support.Any other task as required by manager.Skills & CompetenciesFlexible approach to work.Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities; fluent English.Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions on site.Basic computer skills: Word, Excel.Safe pass, manual handling, MEWP qualification desirable.Full, clean driver’s license vital.OtherCompany vehicle.Subsistence payments.Company phone.Equality StatementWe are an equal opportunities employer.
