* Maintaining a high level of service to trade and public customers
* Managing customer orders from inquiry through to dispatch
* Interpreting customers' needs and providing excellent service
* Managing returns and warranties in accordance with company policies
Key Attributes and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:
* Previous sales experience within the commercial vehicle industry
* Computer literacy, with experience using MAM being an advantage
* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Good communication and prioritization skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Fully qualified driver's license
