Programme & Project Delivery• Lead end to end delivery of complex transformation projects across HR, Finance, Operations, and Shared Services.• Manage full lifecycle delivery including discovery, requirements definition, process mapping, configuration oversight, testing cycles, go live preparation, and hyper care.• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and systems integrators to ensure predictable, on time and on budget outcomes.• Develop integrated delivery plans, RAID logs, decision registers, scope trackers and programme dashboards.2. Process Harmonisation & Operating Model Design• Facilitate cross functional workshops to map current state processes and design baselined future state models.• Support the Business Transformation Director and office of the CTO in creating standardised enterprise workflows across key business domains.• Identify inefficiencies and develop improvement roadmaps to uplift governance, efficiency, and user experience.3. Systems Transformation (ERP / HRIS / IAM / Integrations)• Lead or contribute to major system transformations including NetSuite, Kefron, Sage People.• Oversee integrations with finance systems, authentication tools, SaaS platforms and internal applications.• Ensure data integrity, reporting alignment and adoption through strong change management activities.4. Governance & Reporting• Implement delivery standards, PMO governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms to provide clear oversight to the Business Transformation Director and SLT.• Produce high quality steering committee packs, status reports, risk heatmaps, and programme dashboards.• Monitor vendor and integrator performance, managing SOWs, dependencies, and commercial considerations.5. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management• Build strong relationships across HR, Operations, Finance, IT, HSQE, Training and Shared Services.• Develop change management strategies including communications, training plans, and readiness assessments.• Support adoption through clear messaging, user training, and post deployment support.6. Capability Mentoring• Coach project coordinators, junior PMs, system analysts, and system owners to uplift internal delivery capability.• Contribute to the maturity of TLI's PMO, governance standards, and delivery frameworks.About the roleThe Senior Transformation Project Manager will play a critical role in delivering TLI Group's enterprise transformation agenda across systems, processes, and operating models.
