Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the day-to-day management of our store and warehouse operations.
About the Role:
* Oversee the efficient operation of the store and warehouse, ensuring seamless integration of inventory management, purchasing, and logistics processes.
* Maintain accurate stock levels using a computerised stock control system (preferably Pegasus Opera).
* Develop and implement strategies to monitor and improve inventory accuracy, reducing errors and improving overall efficiency.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
* Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
* Monitor and control stock levels, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to senior management.
* Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
* Coordinate the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring prompt and secure delivery.
