Elusav Recruitment have a very exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join one of Europe's leading Engineering contractors on a large construction project in Leixlip, Kildare.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company's Owned and Hired Vehicles on our European projects.
Responsibilities:
Admin for owned tool & plant.
Raising requisitions general admin for fleet hire and purchases including.
Creating service entries & processing goods receipt notes.
Database/Register Maintenance.
Processing invoices.
General office management duties associated with this role.
Update the company's internal social media platforms with relevant department news.
Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience.
Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
Strong administration skills.
Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent telephone manner.
Attention to detail.
