* Deliver day-to-day business and administrative support to the team.
* Coordinate facilities and IT-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
* Support HR processes for deployed personnel, including recruitment, training and performance management.
* Manage team performance and resource planning to meet business objectives.
* Promote continuous improvement across operations by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in business administration within complex infrastructure project environments and proven ability to lead teams and deliver under pressure.
