The Receptionist would be working with all departments and providing the best possible customer care and administrative support. Providing a friendly environment where queries are handled professionally and with confidentiality.Main Responsibilities:Responsible for the operation of the switchboard and redirect calls in a professional and courteous mannerMaintaining an organized. neat and tidy deskProviding secretarial support for managers where neededProficient use of word, email, internet, excel, power point, photocopier, franking machine, fax machine and other office equipment.Completing all the paperwork involved in admitting and discharging ResidentsImputing residents details files to ensure all are up to dateReceiving and recording cash receipts.
