* Manage, mentor, train, and lead the Aftersales team
* Take responsibility for the overall profitability of the Aftersales Department, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
* Identify customers Aftersales needs and communicate relevant promotions and offers where appropriate
* Maintain standards in line with regulatory requirements
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with Fairview Motors policies and procedures
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all franchise brands
* Ensure accuracy at all times within all relevant systems
