Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited are currently seeking a retail sales assistant to join our team in ourVILAstore in Tralee. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team. This position is part time, and will require the successful candidate to be fully flexible. Weekday availability is a must.
Job description: Fully Flex - seasonal
* This role is a customer service based role - the main objective is to provide exceptional service at all times
* Greeting customers who enter the shop
* Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
* Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
* Answering queries from customers
* Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
* Balancing cash registers with receipts
* Dealing with customer refunds
* Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping
* Responsible dealing with customer complaints
* Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
* Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
