Boran Packaging — Ireland's leading flexible packaging manufacturer, is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Sales team and deliver outstanding service to our valued customers.
What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries (phone & email)
* Support our sales team and work closely with quality and production to ensure processes run smoothly
* Issue quotes, process orders and manage customer accounts with precision
* Build lasting relationships with our customers while meeting key performance targets
* Liaise between customers, sales representatives and accounts
* Contribute to weekly team meetings and share ideas to continuously improve our service.
What We're Looking For
* A customer-focused team player with strong communication skills
* Organised, detail-driven and confident multitasking under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience in customer service or sales support (desirable)
* Someone who's adaptable, proactive and ready to make an impact.
Position Details
* Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, standard office hours
