Purpose of the Role:

The post holder will support the Director in managing and organizing the CCNE across the CHI hospital sites.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Nurse Tutors, Programme Coordinators, and the Learning Technologist in planning, coordinating, and delivering education programs.
2. Liaise with DONs, ADONs, CNEFs, CNMs, and CNSs as necessary.
3. Manage administrative components supporting the partnership between CHI hospital sites and HEIs for education delivery.
4. Coordinate and manage the administrative functions of the CCNE.
5. Oversee the administration and development of the CCNE website, Classroom, and Learning Management System.
6. Advise and assist with the introduction and use of technology-supported learning.


Essential Criteria:

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in education and/or healthcare environment.
* Administrative experience at Senior Management level (equivalent to Grade V or above).
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams internally and with external agencies.
* Experience maintaining websites and databases.
* Experience with learning technology in educational or healthcare settings.
