This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years+ previous experience.
Working with a really friend team the role is office based Monday to Friday.

The Role:
Providing comprehensive secretarial support to conveyancing solicitors and fee earners Preparing and amending legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Managing incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties Opening, closing, and archiving client files in accordance with firm procedures Maintaining accurate records and file management systems Diary management, booking appointments, and scheduling meetings Assisting with the preparation of completion statements and post-completion matters Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
The Candidate:
