Collaborate closely with diverse teams, be the catalyst for transformative client experiences, and redefine solution-oriented success.As a Client Solutions Architect in Commercial Card, you are an integral part of a team that innovates and supports the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized.You will be a subject matter expert and work directly with clients and partners to advise on product and technical integration approaches, as well as lead proactive strategies in pursuance of exceptional customer experience. You will be key in establishing a feedback loop to the product management team, leveraging your client insights to influence future initiatives and priorities. Additionally, you will understand product and technology trends, partner closely with internal and vendor product and technology teams to drive an innovation roadmap to support the continued growth of Commercial Card's products.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use casesEngage with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutionsIdentify and define development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedbackProvide consultation to prospects, clients, and partners on integration strategies and best practicesSupport Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planningGuide the creation of system-to-system integration channels, including Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and the development and testing required to meet the highest standards in integration designAnticipate future challenges, devise strategies to address, initiate and guide actions as necessary to sustain a stable product with positive client outcomesOwn ongoing operation and growth of the product including serving as a technical subject matter expert and a primary contact for the product roadmapProvide oversight of end-to-end client experience, including management of client servicing strategy, adherence to servicing level agreements, and assistance in resolving questions/customer escalationsActively assist to create a positive team culture, ensure the adoption of an agile mindset, and support team development and transformationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsProven expertise in working across a related broad set of productsDemonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domainExperience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineersTechnical acumen as it relates to APIs, system integration, solution architectures, and configurationsProven analytical and creative problem solving skills - able to work through ambiguity, assimilate data from multiple sources, derive meaningful insights, and propose actionable strategiesAnalytical thinker with financial acumen and ability to interpret results and key performance metrics to drive change and deliver financial resultsExperience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planningExcellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively organize and communicate complex informationDemonstrated ability to lead and influence internal and external partners; self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiativesBachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsComputer Science backgroundExperience supporting sales/field coverage organizations and sales/field coverage leadershipProject management acumenTechnical product management experienceCommercial card or treasury payments experienceABOUT USJ.P.
