Role Profile Title: Recruitment & HR Administrator Department: Human Resources Reporting to: Human Resource Manager Role Overview The Recruitment & HR Administrator provides essential administrative supports to the Recruitment&Retention Leadandthewider HRTeam,ensuringefficientcoordinationof recruitmentrelatedactivitiesanddocumentation.
Dutiesincludesupportingrecruitment processes, work eligibility applications, agency usage administration and having responsibilityforothergeneral HRrelatedadministrativedutiesandad-hoc HRprojectwork as required.

Duties &Responsibilities: Work Eligibility Support: Assistwithqueriesrelatedtotheworkeligibilityprocess.
Collectallrequiredworkeligibilitydocumentationfromapplicantsandexisting employees.
Process work permits through the EPOS Portal.
Monitorandtrackallworkpermitapplications.
Maintainaccurateandup-to-datetrackers.
Issuereminderstoapplicantsandemployeesregardingoutstandingdocumentation or updates.
Fileandarchivealldocumentationandcorrespondencetopersonnelfiles.
Non-EU Hiring: Supportthe Recruitment&Retention Leadwiththerecruitmentandmanagementof agency-sourced non-EU staff.
Supportwiththecollectionandverificationofallrecruitment-related documentation.
Createandmaintainpersonnelfilesfornewhires.
Liaisewiththe Learning&Developmentfunction,monitortrainingcompletionand record progress.
Sharecompletefilesandhandoverdetailswith Line Managers.
Communicatewithagencypartnerstoensureaccurateandtimelyinformation exchange.
Agency Usage Supports: Liaisewith Service Managersand Service Coordinatorsonagencystaffing requirements.
Actasapointofcontactforagenciesontheapprovedframework.
Supportthemonitoringofagencyperformance,documentation,andcompliance requirements.
Administrative Support: Provideadministrativesupportforthe Recruitment&Retention Lead andthewider HR Team as required.
Maintainefficientrecordmanagementandfilingsystemsinlinewith Cheshire Ireland policies and GDPR compliance.
Assistwithorganisingandrunning Recruitment Fairs,informationsessions,and internal events.
Workcollaborativelywith allmembersofthe HRTeam.
Managead-hocrequestsandgeneralenquiriesprofessionallyandefficiently.
Ensuretimelycommunicationwithrelevantdepartments Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimumof1yearsexperienceinanadministrativerole.
Workingknowledgeofworkeligibilityprocesses.
Proficiencyin Microsoft365including Excel, Outlook,and Teams,withtheabilityto adapt to new technology.
Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills(bothverbalandwritten).
Abilitytobuildandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithstakeholders.
Validdocumentationtoworkandliveinthe Republicof Ireland.
Flexibilitytoworkoutsidenormalhourswhenrequired(occasionaltraveltoother Cheshire services may be needed).
Fluentinspokenandwritten English.

Whatyouwilldo This is a busy and varied role; full duties and responsibilities are outlined in the full Role Profile attached.
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support to the Recruitment & Retention Lead and the HR Team, ensuring efficient coordination of recruitment related activities and documentation.
Duties include supporting recruitment processes, work eligibility applications, agency usage administration and having responsibility for other general HR related administrative duties and ad-hoc HR project work as required.
Whowearelookingfor The successful candidate will have at least 1 years previous experience in an administration role, ideally HR administration including previous experience and knowledge of work eligibility application process supports, a relevant 3rd level qualification and excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
They will have excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, multi-task and work well on their own initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak and write English fluently is essential.
The role could involve periodic travel, including travel between the Dublin and Gorey Office and as such the candidate will need to have a current valid drivers licence, their own vehicle and be willing to travel on occasion for work.
Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
