**Senior HVAC Engineer Role**
This role involves carrying out remedial works and maintenance services on commercial & industrial buildings.
As a Senior HVAC Engineer, you will work as part of a multi-skilled team. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing routine and preventive maintenance of commercial heating and cooling equipment.
* Diagnosing problems and failures in heating/air-conditioning/ventilation systems or identifying equipment repair and/or replacements.
* Informing management regarding procedures and/or status of work orders.
* Inspecting HVAC systems and their components to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance.
You will also be responsible for installing heating and air-conditioning equipment and ventilation systems, testing, commissioning and validation works for Air and Water systems, maintaining service vehicle, tools and equipment, participating in meetings and training, and supporting and developing engineers/apprentices in the field.
Key requirements for this role include:
* Minimum 3 – 4 years post-apprenticeship experience.
* HVAC plant minor repairs and servicing.
* Experience using testing and commissioning instrumentation.
* Report writing and follow-ups with customers.
* Knowledge and previous experience of facility systems.
* Knowledge and experience in the maintenance and repair of Chillers, Split AC, VRV systems, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Air Handling Systems, Boilers and Pumping Systems.
