How you’ll bring the K Club’s vision to life
* Establish and maintain the highest standards of service across all areas of the Spa & Leisure Operation.
* Maximise the Spa’s business potential through effective yield management, booking procedures, strong retailing and upselling.
* Develop the membership offering within the Spa & Leisure Operation.
* Monitor all guest feedback and implement systems to address relevant comments, ensuring continuous guest satisfaction.
* Direct and lead the day-to-day Spa operation, ensuring all standards are followed.
* Train and manage a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Keep up-to-date on Spa and Leisure services, pricing, schedules, specials and competitor offerings.
* Support team members in all aspects of the business operation.
* Ensure compliance with health and hygiene guidelines, maintaining cleanliness in accordance with our standards.
* Assist in the recruitment, development and training of all Spa & Leisure team members.
* Act as a liaison with the Sales and Marketing team to coordinate all PR, sales and marketing activities.
* Initiate and instigate new ideas and avenues for growth and development.
What we see in you
* 3-4 years’ experience as an Assistant or Spa & Leisure Manager within a 5-star/luxury brand outlet is advantageous.
* Strong financial acumen with sales/merchandising inventory management experience is required.
* Excellent people management skills with the ability to drive the team to top standards of service.
