€130,000 - €140,000 Basic
20% Bonus
€7,000 Car Allowance
€55 - €90 Net Per Day Travel Uplift
Remote / Hybrid (Ideally Ireland-based with occasional meetings in Leixlip)
Approx. 30% International Travel (Europe, US & Asia)
I'm working with a global leader in data centre delivery looking to appoint an Electrical Engineering Lead to drive the development of next generation hyperscale and AI data centre platforms.
This is a strategic, high-impact role where you'll lead the electrical concept design, technical standards, and innovation behind large-scale mission-critical facilities across Europe, the US and Asia.
The Role
* Lead electrical concept design for hyperscale & AI data centres
* Develop standardised electrical platforms and power architectures
* Technical authority for HV/MV/LV systems
* Drive innovation, modularisation and DfMA strategies
* Support global project pursuits and customer engagements
* Develop commissioning and operational strategies
* Set engineering standards across international projects
Experience Required
* MUST have Data Centre experience
* Subject Matter Expert within your current organisation
* Strong background in HV/MV/LV power systems
* UPS, Generators, Substations & Critical Power
* ETAP / SKM / Power System Studies
* Commissioning & Energisation experience
* Experience leading concept or design engineering teams
* Chartered Engineer preferred
