* Oversee and enhance day-to-day operation and maintenance of building systems, encompassing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, BMS and utilities.

Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years' experience in building services engineering or facilities management.
* Proven track record of successfully maintaining complex systems including HVAC, BMS & general building services.
* Familiarity with Irish Building Regulations & health/safety standards is essential.
