Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary liaison for customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.
* Create and process sales orders with efficiency, utilizing internal systems to streamline processes.
* Prepare comprehensive quotations, confirm pricing, and follow up with customers as necessary to maintain strong relationships.
* Manage and respond to website and online shop enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Oversee the end-to-end processing of online orders, ensuring prompt fulfilment and delivery.
* Maintain and update our web shop content, including product details, pricing, images, and stock levels, to provide an optimal user experience.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Parts, and Operations to resolve queries and ensure seamless customer service.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.
