This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative or compliance experience who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and high standards.What you'll do:Maintain carers' files and ensure all documentation (Garda Vetting, GNIB, insurance, training, etc.) is valid and up to date.Track document expiry dates and follow up promptly with staff.Support internal and external audits and prepare compliance reports.Work closely with the HR, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure compliance across all areas.Keep digital records and trackers organised and accurate.What we're looking for:Previous experience in compliance, HR, or administration (homecare experience desirable).Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.Confident using Microsoft Office and databases.Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.Why join us:At Heritage Homecare, we value teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
