Business Systems Analyst Role
The Senior Business Systems Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to leverage expertise in business process analysis and design to drive operational efficiency and process improvements within a manufacturing finance and controlling environment.
This key role is responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing business processes and software applications that support them. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, knowledge of industry and technology trends, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Maintain and support critical business processes and system functionality.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues following IT standards.
* Develop and update process documentation, functional specs, and process flows.
* Deliver user training and share best practices across teams.
* Lead routine process and system enhancements using SDLC and project management methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Total 812 years of combined work experience with a focus on business process analysis and design.
* Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA 2023.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or related field.
* Flexibility to work off-hours for projects and travel domestically/internationally.
