We are inviting applications for the position of Full-time Chef de Rang at Terre.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
* Experience as Chef de Rang in a luxury fine dining environment.
* Supervisory skills are needed to direct the Commis de Rang.
Personal Qualities
* Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
* Be self-motivated, being able to work alone with good personal organization.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* An exceptional eye for detail.
* Have a passion for fine food and go out of your way to ensure the best possible standards are being delivered every service.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
* Provide an exceptional guest service experience.
* Be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role.
* Have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to up sell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu.
* Be responsible for the management of junior staff and their learning and development.
* Be keen to attend training sessions provided by management to develop their skills.
* Be a talented individual with proven experience within a comparable environment.
