Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Linear Search
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Dublin.
This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and end-to-end documentation.
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Analyse current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Work closely with UI/UX and Product Design teams to define user journeys, review wireframes and prototypes, and help shape intuitive, user-focused digital solutions.
Contribute to product discovery and design phases, ensuring business requirements align with product vision, customer needs, and feasibility.
Participate in usability testing, design reviews, and iterative product development cycles to ensure user-centred outcomes.
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, designers, developers, and senior leadership, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout delivery.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
Strong background in Financial Services, with proven delivery of regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives.
Demonstrated experience working closely with Product Design and UI/UX teams.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
