Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail shops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Staff Management:
o Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
o Mentor and guide staff members to ensure excellent customer service
* Operational Efficiency:
o Implement and maintain efficient shop operations to drive sales growth and profitability
o Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize stock losses
* Compliance and Risk Management:
o Develop and implement effective Health and Safety policies and procedures
o Maintain accurate records of shop performance, including sales data and employee attendance
* Communication and Reporting:
o Provide regular updates on shop performance to senior management
o Foster open communication with staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior retail management role
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of art materials preferred but not essential
