Based in our Dublin HQ in Fonthill, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy and experienced Education Team.The Education Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business growth across Irish Primary and Secondary schools and Further Education colleges by promoting our Apple technology solutions and professional services as an Apple Premium Education Partner (APEP) and Apple Professional Learning Provider (APLP).
This is a proactive, prospect-focused role, centred on identifying, engaging, and converting new education customers, while also supporting the growth of existing accounts. The role involves developing relationships with education leaders and IT decision-makers to understand their priorities and demonstrate how Apple technology can enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties
These include but are not limited to:
* Achieve and exceed individual monthly and annual new business sales targets.
* Proactively identify and contact Primary and Secondary schools and Further Education colleges within defined territories through telephone, email, social selling, networking, and events.
* Generate and qualify new business leads, building a strong and consistent pipeline of opportunities.
* Promote Apple solutions and professional services, positioning the organisation as a trusted APEP and APLP partner.
* Secure meetings and product discovery sessions with key stakeholders such as Principals, Deputy Principals, IT Administrators, ICT Directors, IT Managers and Network Managers.
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
* Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals and quotations for Apple devices, support services, and professional learning solutions.
* Accurately record all activities, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
* Work closely with internal teams including Professional Learning Specialists, Technical Services, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Develop strong product and sector knowledge to confidently articulate the benefits of Apple technology in an educational context.
* Support marketing campaigns and events by driving attendance and effectively following up with attendees.
* Apply solution-selling and consultative questioning techniques to uncover needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Contribute to ongoing market intelligence by providing feedback on competitor activity, customer trends, and emerging opportunities.
* Participate in the Apple Education Academy programme and continue professional development via the SEED platform.
* Provide regular reports on activity levels, pipeline progress, forecasts, and performance.
* Attend regular one-to-one meetings and coaching sessions with the Head of Sales.
Essential Experience & Criteria
* Proven ability or strong potential to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (IT or Education sector is advantageous).
* Demonstrated capability in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident, professional, and persuasive approach to engaging decision-makers.
* Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts and pipeline activity (Microsoft Business Central is desirable but not essential).
* Commercial awareness with an interest in understanding customer needs and budgets.
* Genuine interest in technology and its impact on learning and educational outcomes.
