As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production efficiency and product quality. Your innovative approach to process development and optimization will drive significant improvements in our manufacturing operations.
About the Role
* Innovate and Improve: Develop and refine efficient manufacturing processes that meet scalability and implementation requirements.
* Prototype to Production: Manage the transition of prototypes into full-scale production runs, ensuring seamless execution and quality control.
* Drive Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities, enhance on-time delivery, and champion lean manufacturing practices across the organization.
* Collaborate Globally: Work closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges and deliver exceptional results.
* Enhance Systems: Contribute to the development and implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
* Document and Deliver: Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure processes meet stringent quality and safety standards.
* Support and Lead: Assist the engineering team, providing flexibility and expertise across multiple projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 25 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles.
* Proven track record of hands-on experience with process development, optimization, and improvement projects.
* Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and Green Belt certification preferred.
* Experience with ERP system implementation and configuration.
* Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), and other quality management tools.
* Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
