We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Senior Operational Risk Analyst to join their team in Dublin. Second line of defence experience is required for this position.
Responsibilities of this
Senior Operational Risk Analyst
Job:
* Support the team in providing oversight and subject matter expertise for Operational risk-including IT Risk and Cyber Risk amongst others.
* Work with senior team members, including the Head of Operational Risk on reporting to various governance Committees and the Board.
* Assist in the enhancement of the firm's Control Assurance Framework and ensure that the business Units/Functions have appropriate controls in place.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation across team activities.
* Enhance risk culture by promoting risk awareness and embedding the firm's values in the business.
Requirements of this
Senior Operational Risk Analyst
Job:
* 3rd level Degree or relevant work experience in financial services/wealth management.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proven team player with a flexible attitude towards work.
* Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines.
