We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the dynamic kitchen team at a busy 4-star hotel in Ballybofey.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef to develop their career in a fast-paced, professional hospitality environment.
About the Role As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences across restaurant service, weddings, conferences, and events.
