Business Support Administrator ??Based at Manor Farm, Shercock, Cavan | Permanent Who We Are At Manor Farm, we are proud to be Irelands leading poultry producer with a legacy spanning over 250 years.The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Our people are the heartbeat of our business and we are committed to creating an environment where safety, quality, teamwork and innovation thrive.We are part of Scandi Standard a progressive, values-led food company and together were shaping the future of food, sustainability and responsible operations.We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Business Support Administrator to support collaboration across our Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations and shared business support functions.This role requires flexibility to provide relief cover within the team, including weekends when required.What Youll Be Doing Process customer orders accurately and within agreed timelines Support stock rotation and inventory coordination Prepare Business Support reports and documentation Communicate service levels with customers and internal teams Manage daily ordering, tracking and reconciliation of crates and pallets Support customs documentation and compliance requirements Carry out invoice and pricing checks Provide customer service support and assist with issue resolution Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team Who You Are Minimum 1 year experience in a Supply Chain or Commercial Support function Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment would be an advantage Excellent organisational, communication and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point) and good numeracy skills A team player with the a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships Why Work with Us?
